ORDERS Q: How do I place an order? A: Browse, add to cart, and checkout! You’ll get an email confirmation once your order’s placed. Q: What are Resin Hooks on earrings and why do they not have a rubber backing to hold it in? A: Resin/Acrylic earrings are an alternative option to Hypoallergenic. You won't have that black mark that tends to appear after being worn a couple of times. It does not have a rubber backing due to the material it is made from which does not slip out of your ear as easily as a metal hook would. DIGITAL PRODUCTS Q: How do I receive digital downloads? A: After purchase, you’ll receive a download link via email. No physical item will be shipped. Q: Can I get a refund on digital products? A: Due to their nature, digital products are non-refundable. Please read the product description carefully before purchasing. PRODUCTS by NZ CREATIVES Q: Do you always have stock on hand? A: Our physical products are often limited edition and handmade, which means we don’t always have the same items available. Stock can vary based on what we’re able to source and the availability of materials from our amazing creatives. We're always on the lookout for fresh ideas and new designs from local makers — so once something is gone, it may not return. If you see something you love, we recommend grabbing it while it’s available! Q: Where are these items shipped from? A: Products made by our talented NZ creatives are shipped from Auckland with tracked delivery. Q: Can I combine shipping on these with other products? A: Yes except for sublimation gear as these are shipped from a different location, they’ll arrive separately. Shipping is calculated accordingly. RETURNS/REFUNDS & EXCHANGES Q: What’s your return policy? A: We accept returns on most physical products within 14 days of delivery, provided they're unused and in original packaging and clear pic can be provided of fault. Please contact us before returning. Q: What if my item is damaged or incorrect? A: Oh no! Please email us with a photo and your order number within 3 days of delivery so we can do our best to get this resolved quickly. OTHER QUESTIONS Q: Where are your products made? A: All of our digital prints and sublimation gear are proudly designed by me right here in New Zealand. Sublimation gear is made in NZ. For jewellery and accessories, I design or hand-finish many pieces myself using quality materials sourced locally and internationally. We also feature a curated collection of goods made by talented NZ creatives. Everything in the shop is selected or crafted with love to bring you something truly special. Q: How can I contact you? Jewellery Care Tips
Avoid sprays, perfumes, or lotions near your jewellery, as they can cause tarnishing. Store jewellery separately in a cool, dark place, preferably in jewellery boxes or pouches, to prevent scratching and tangling. Keep your jewellery dry. Remove it before bathing, swimming, or washing hands. Take off jewellery before bed to avoid accidental damage while sleeping. Remove jewellery before any rigorous activity or exercise that may cause sweating. If your jewellery looks dull, gently polish it with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid exposing your jewellery to harsh chemicals, such as dishwashing liquids or cleaning products. Put on your jewellery after you've applied makeup, perfume, and gotten dressed. Remove it before taking off your clothes. Avoid layering or overlapping jewellery when wearing or storing to prevent tangling and wear.

JEWELLERY & HAIR ACCESSORIES Shipping Cost: $5 flat rate for standard NZ shipping $6 flat rate for rural NZ addresses Dispatch Time: Within 2-4 business days. SUBLIMATION GEAR Production Time: Made to order, please allow 1–2 weeks for dispatch in NZ. Shipping From: Levin, New Zealand International: Not at this time, currently working on it. ALL OTHER PRODUCTS Currently only shipping within NZ. Delivery in approx. 2–5 business days after dispatch either by courier all around NZ or our own delivery service within Auckland.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
We want you to love what you order! Here’s everything you need to know about returns, refunds, and what happens if something goes wrong. DIGITAL PRINTS No refunds for digital downloads due to change of mind. If you experience a technical issue with your file, please reach out, we’re happy to help! JEWELLERY & HAIR ACCESSORIES No returns due to hygiene reasons, please choose carefully. If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing fault, contact us at support@spvdzign.co.nz within 30 days of receipt. We’ll work with you to resolve it. SUBLIMATION GEAR (Made to Order) No returns unless there is a manufacturing fault, as these items are custom made just for you. If there’s an issue, email support@spvdzign.co.nz with clear photos of the problem. We'll assess your case and advise next steps. If a return is necessary, return shipping is at the buyer’s cost to be sent to the supplier for review. PRODUCTS by NZ CREATIVES If you have a problem with any of our NZ-made products, please contact us at support@spvdzign.co.nz within 30 days of receiving your order.
